What a wonderful way to learn more about Indian food.. than a buffet. I wish we had one of those in my neck of the woods.

Heidi: I'll bet there is one around you... I found a few restaurants listed in Charleston, and I'm assuming most of them probably have an afternoon buffet... most of the ones up here do.
